WHAT TO BRING

 The Captain will provide:  fishing license, Ice, rods & reels, tackle, bait, cooler,
fish cleaning service, and a phenomenal adventure on the water!

What you should bring:  sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, non-markable shoes such as running shoes, food and drinks, camera, hat, For early morning trips and cooler temperatures bring a light jacket.

 
What not to bring:  markable shoes,  GPS units,  big coolers.

 Where to Stay:  If your looking for a  beautiful place to stay right on Pine Island and only minutes away from our meeting location of Pineland Marina, we would highly suggest "The Beach House Lodge".

 

DIRECTIONS

We typically meet and leave from the Pineland Marina located on the North/West side of Pine Island.  The Captain will confirm the meeting location and time with you at the time of booking the charter.  Its always good to give yourself extra time and arrive early.  Follow the directions below to Pineland Marina.

From north on I-75
From north (heading south) on I-75, north of Punta Gorda, take exit #161 [Jones Loop Rd] and go right (west). Drive about 1 mile to the intersection at US 41, cross 41 and continue straight on CR 765 (Burnt Store Rd). Follow for 20 miles, then turn right (west) on SR 78 (Pine Island Rd) and go to Pine Island's 4-way stop,
then turn right onto Stringfellow Rd. Drive about 3 miles and turn left onto Pineland Rd. This road turns into Waterfront Drive. Follow Waterfront Dr. approximately 1/8 mile, Pineland Marina is on the left.

From south on I-75
From south (heading north) on I-75, take exit #136 (Colonial/884), which is one exit north of one of the two airport exits (#131/Daniels Rd), and head west (exit ramp goes off to the right, then take a left at the light). Stay on Colonial and follow signs for Veterans Pkwy, a toll bridge. This will take you to SR 78 [Pine Island Rd), then take a left onto SR 78, and go to Pine Island's 4-way stop, then turn right onto Stringfellow Rd. Drive about  3 miles and turn left onto Pineland Rd. This road turns into Waterfront Drive. Follow Waterfront Dr. approximately 1/8 mile, Pineland Marina is on the left.


From I-75 at exit #143 (SR 78) or US 41
From I-75 at exit #143 (SR 78) or US 41, go west on SR 78 (also called Bayshore Rd or Pine Island Rd), and follow to Pine Island's 4-way stop, then turn right onto Stringfellow Rd. Drive about  3 miles and turn left onto Pineland Rd. This road turns into Waterfront Drive. Follow Waterfront Dr. approximately 1/8 mile, Pineland Marina is on the left.
