The Shearwater is equipped with a custom fully rigged tower which gives the captain an extra advantage when searching for tarpon in the bay, schools of redfish on the flats, or snook on the beaches. Also to our advantage is the speed available to us from the 225 Yamaha when it's necessary to cover a large territory in a short amount of time. This  Shearwater has  2 Bait Wells, 1 Live Well, Raw Water Washdown, Castnet Washdown, Trolling Motor, Hydraulic Steering with tower control, Jack Plate & Trim Tabs, Full Gauges, 3 Large Locking Storage Compartments, Full Console with Locking Storage & Rocket Launcher w/ flip seat for storage of tackle.

When its important to go real shallow for those large tailing redfish, or on the shallow flats for Trout, or Snook hiding near the mangroves,  this 168 Phantom is setting even higher standards for extreme shallow water performance.  The overall design balance reinforces its noticeably shallow draft while providing even easier poling. Combined with a tournament-sized live release well and baitwell, recessed trim tabs, flush-mounted push pole holders,  we have added a power power pole that will not only hold the boat securely in one place but it is strong enough to stop the boat even under extreme wind and current conditions...giving you the Angler's Advantage.
